State-of-the-art technology d.c. current continuous annealers which can be matched either with BETASISTEMI or with other brand drawing machines.
  • Highly stabilized d.c. annealing current with accurate control from 0 m/sec speed.
  • Motion transmission to the annealing shafts from an independent motor and flat belt; multi-motor version also available for critical applications.
  • Built-in stocking tank for the wire coolant, for easier and faster installation.
  • Built-in dancer for speed synchronization with the take-up unit, thus shortening the total lenght of the line and reducing the installation time.
  • Special executions with skinpass/calibration unit and/or a built-in pre-heating system for tandem installation with telephone/LAN cables insulation lines.
