Ordinanza tribunale di Venezia - Mesure by the Court of Venice
Dear Clients, We would like to inform you that on February 6-17, 2025, the Court of Venice, specializing in business matters, has scaled down, in the litigation against Samp, the order for which you were provided with brief and distorted information in recent weeks. The new order is still issued on a precautionary and therefore provisional basis, based on a summary investigation that will need to be further explored, as Betasistemi desires and will request to be done. In any case, among other thigs, the point of the order of December 23,2024, according to which the Court: 5) prohibits Betasistemi srl from producing, advertising, and commercializing the following Betasistemi machines, using the drawings identified in paragraph 6 of the technical consultancy of the office (from pages 67 to 89): FM160, FM200, FM300 (multi-wire annealing furnaces), M1 (compact line), MT2 (intermediate drawing machine), MW3 (multi-wire drawing machine), S3 (roughing machine), BMS (winder), MV (automatic winding machine), F3 (annealing furnace), MW5 (multi-wire drawing machine), S1 (roughing machine), BMD (winder); has been revoked, and as of today, Betasistemi is prohibited only from producing, advertising, and commercializing the M1 (compact line) machine. We attach to the following link: https://tinyurl.com/y45m8my9 the text of the new order, which, although Betasistemi still disagrees on several points, has certainly reduced the scope of the previous decision. The merits of the case are still pending, and will allow for a deeper examination and better evaluation of all the arguments and evidence that Betasistemi has produced so far, and those that will be presented to demonstrate its loyalty and professionalism. In the meantime, however, Betasistemi has turned this unfortunate setback into an opportunity to further innovate and progress in its production. Not only has it complied with the Court's orders, but starting from this need, Betasistemi has even managed to innovate. Today, we offer better machines. Feel free to contact us for information about our new production.
